# Event catalog

> Subscribe to 27 lifecycle events.

Every event uses the same envelope. The event ID is the deduplication key within the workspace and environment. `resource_version` identifies the version that triggered the event.

The example indicates that a verification result is ready for review. It is not an approval. The `data` object is deliberately limited; retrieve the referenced resource for authorized details.

The details column summarizes each event. The OpenAPI reference defines the shared envelope and event keys. Retrieve the referenced resource for its complete current representation.

`resource.deleted` can refer to any resource type. Preserve the deletion version and avoid treating an older event as a later recreation. Follow your institution's retention rules when applying tombstones.
