# QuickBooks Online

OAuth 2.0 Accounting API and Reports; validate Canadian company/tax fields and production access.

## Data refresh

**Provider update cadence:** On supported entity changes; CDC for reconciliation.

QuickBooks Online supports entity-change webhooks and Change Data Capture (CDC). Intuit recommends CDC reconciliation after missed events and suggests a daily CDC call for required entities.

The daily CDC check is an Intuit integration recommendation, not a statement that all data updates only daily. Notifications can be delayed or out of sequence; coverage depends on the entities and permissions enabled.
