# Zoho Inventory

## Integration approach

OAuth REST API using the tenant's data-centre domain; reuse identity with Zoho Books where appropriate.

## Data refresh

**Provider update cadence:** When event-based or scheduled workflow rules trigger.

Zoho Inventory supports workflow webhooks with immediate or time-based actions. Delivery is triggered when the configured rule criteria are met; API reads provide supported resource data.

The workflow configuration determines which modules and changes produce notifications. Scheduled actions follow the chosen execution time. Reconciliation and other reads must respect the organization's API permissions and limits.

**AMLOK synchronization:** The enabled refresh mode and schedule are agreed for your connection. Provider timing describes upstream capability; allow for retrieval and processing before changes appear in AMLOK. See [data refresh and freshness](https://docs.amlok.io/integrations/data-refresh.md).
