> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.amlok.io/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Agreement terms > Understand your monthly minimum, annual payment, usage rates, renewal, and cancellation. ## Your agreement Your agreement defines the monthly minimum based on your estimated volume, assigned complexity tiers, and agreed unit rates. The minimum starts at **CAD 1,000.00 per month**, paid as **CAD 12,000.00 at signing and every 12 months at renewal**. There is no scheduled monthly payment. Product usage draws from your prepaid workspace balance. Automatic top-ups trigger below **CAD 200.00** by default, or your selected higher threshold. The amount you select must be at least **CAD 500.00**. With auto-pay off, requests continue below CAD 200.00 while available credits cover them. Insufficient credits cause the billable operation to be rejected without charging for unprocessed work. Pending payments do not count as available credits. ## Annual review and renewal Every 12 months, AMLOK reviews usage, expected growth, processing needs, tier assignments, and applicable volume discounts with you. Your renewed agreement sets the next monthly minimum and rates. The payment covering the next 12 months is due at renewal. Unused credits do not expire monthly. They remain in the shared balance while your account is active; your agreement specifies their treatment in the renewal payment calculation. ## Cancellation and refund You may cancel at any time, including before the next renewal, with **no notice period**. Request cancellation in the client portal, or through your dedicated account manager if you are an enterprise client. When cancellation is submitted in the portal or set by your account manager, all product processing, usage deductions, and new or scheduled top-ups stop immediately. Pending processing is cancelled without another charge. Full account closure occurs at the **end of the month in which you request cancellation**. AMLOK reconciles pre-cancellation charges and funding already in flight and generates the necessary final information. No additional usage is deducted during closure processing. The entire unused balance is refunded immediately at closure to the bank account saved in your portal. Used credits are non-refundable. Remaining-term obligations or fees are not deducted from this refund. Bank receipt can take **7-10 business days after issuance**. Workspace data is deleted after the request month closes and the necessary final information is generated. Additional top-ups fund usage when needed. > **Why does Signal have a monthly rate?** > > The account-month measures usage deducted from your prepaid credits. It is not a separate monthly funding payment. Each active borrower/business is counted once per workspace per month. > **Does a Signal alert trigger another Insights charge?** > > No. Signal includes reassessment using existing data and new changes. A separately requested full Insights underwriting is a distinct product operation. > **Can my balance fall below CAD 200.00?** > > Yes. CAD 200.00 is the default automatic-payment trigger. Requests continue as long as available credits cover their cost. > **Are promotional credits separate?** > > No. Paid and promotional top-ups share one balance with no consumption priority. The full unused balance is refundable at final cancellation. > **Can I cancel before the annual renewal?** > > Yes, at any time without notice. Full closure occurs at the end of the request month, with an immediate refund of unused credits at closure. > **Do custom rates create another complexity tier?** > > No. Your quote uses Standard, Advanced, or Complex with negotiated rates and explicit workload limits. > **Do unused credits expire each month?** > > No. They remain available while your account is active. ## Product charge timing Insights consumes credits once the full agreed underwriting output is completed and published. Signal consumes credits at the start of each UTC calendar month; first activation during a month consumes the full monthly rate immediately, without proration. An already paid borrower/business is not charged again for another monitor, pause/resume, check or reassessment in that month. Insufficient credits block the unfunded operation without a debt or negative balance.
