Append a complete, immutable lender-supplied snapshot of a monitored deal. Compare previous_snapshot_id atomically; never edit old balances, evidence or assessments. Future Signal runs use the accepted snapshot. All IDs and cursors must belong to the authorized workspace and environment. Required scope: signal:write. Failed monitors also reject new inputs; correct the failure and enroll a new monitor. previous_snapshot_id is mandatory optimistic concurrency; 409 deal_snapshot_conflict when stale. Same idempotency key replays the accepted snapshot even if the monitor has since advanced. New snapshot affects evaluations starting after acceptance; no retroactive analysis or new Insights charge. Examples use synthetic IDs. Replace them with values returned by your environment.
