Verification field dictionary

These definitions describe risk_package.verification and the same assessment at normalized.assessment when normalized.object is verification_assessment. The KYC and KYB guide explains retrieval, status, evidence and authorization. Every section is present even when no result is available. All values in the business example and consumer example are synthetic. The machine-readable dictionary uses the exact field IDs imported by console Data Lookup.
