Monthly minimum, paid annually

Start with a CAD 1,000.00 minimum monthly commitment, paid annually at agreement signing and each agreement renewal. At this minimum, you prepay CAD 12,000.00 for the next 12 months. The full payment funds one shared wallet, and eligible usage deducts credits from that balance. Your minimum monthly commitment determines the amount paid annually. It does not limit how much you can use in a particular month.

Product rates

AMLOK assigns the lowest tier that covers all workload dimensions and the required analysis scope.
All rates are in CAD, before negotiated discounts. Your signed order form records the final rates, workload limits, eligible products, and any volume discounts. Third-party provider fees are separate.
Custom quotes retain Standard, Advanced, or Complex with a negotiated rate and explicit workload limits. There is no fourth reporting tier. Published rates are the base rates for each tier before negotiated discounts. A higher minimum monthly commitment may qualify for lower unit rates. See complexity tiers for the workload differences. There is no scheduled monthly payment. Your monthly minimum is paid for 12 months in advance; product usage consumes prepaid credits. Signal includes monitoring and change-driven reassessment without an additional Insights charge.

Agree your minimum monthly commitment

Set the minimum monthly commitment, eligible products, workload tiers, and unit rates when agreeing terms. The minimum monthly commitment starts at CAD 1,000.00.

Pay annually at signing and renewal

At agreement signing and each renewal, prepay 12 times your agreed minimum monthly commitment. At the CAD 1,000.00 monthly minimum, the payment is CAD 12,000.00. Credits are available in one shared balance, with no monthly expiration or product-specific allocation.

Use credits across your workflows

Deduct the agreed rate when an Insights underwriting is billable or a Signal monitoring period is billed. Your mix of products can change from the original volume estimate.

Top up and review annually

Manage card or bank-account payment methods and automatic top-ups in the client portal. The trigger is at least CAD 200.00 and each customer-funded top-up is at least CAD 500.00. CAD 200.00 is the default automatic top-up trigger. Processing continues below it while available credits cover the cost; unfunded work is rejected without a charge. Review your monthly minimum, rates, and workload limits each year.
For example, 100 Standard underwritings and 200 Standard monitored accounts for one month use CAD 1,100.00 of credits. The wallet covers that usage even though it exceeds the CAD 1,000.00 minimum monthly commitment used to calculate the prepayment. When cancellation is submitted in the portal or set by your account manager, all product processing, usage deductions, and new or scheduled top-ups stop immediately. Pending processing is cancelled without another charge. Paid and promotional top-ups join the same workspace balance with no spending priority. Unused credits remain available while the account is active, including across renewal. Cancel at any time without notice. Account closure is at the end of the request month, when AMLOK immediately refunds the entire unused balance to the saved portal bank account. Data is deleted after that month closes and final information is generated. Used credits are non-refundable. See credits and billing and agreement terms for rollover and cancellation treatment.
