Rates per underwriting
Rates are in CAD, before negotiated discounts. Custom quotes use Standard, Advanced, or Complex with a negotiated rate and explicit workload limits. Your order form confirms the rates and workload limits that apply.
What an underwriting covers
The agreed workflow can include:- Organizing and interpreting the application evidence supplied to AMLOK.
- Reconciling banking, payments, commerce, accounting, and other eligible data.
- Analyzing income, cash flow, liabilities, ownership, and relevant risk indicators.
- Evaluating exceptions and evidence consistency within the selected tier.
- Producing structured findings and the agreed underwriting summary or credit memo.
Billable event
The billing unit is one completed underwriting for one application and an agreed evidence snapshot. Completion means the contracted output has been completed and published together with its single usage deduction, regardless of whether the application is approved or declined. A run waiting for available credits has not published its final output or consumed its charge.
Your agreement confirms the required output and completion criteria. A run that does not produce that output has no completed-underwriting debit.
Agree the tier before processing
Tier selection reflects the amount and complexity of work. A declined decision, a lower credit score, or a higher loan amount does not by itself determine the processing tier. Banking analysis includes at least 12 months of statements and transactions within the total record allowance. Standard permits up to 75,000 records for the whole underwriting, not for each month of history. The assigned tier must cover every workload dimension. Agree the evidence limits and output scope before the workflow runs. If a file needs work outside that scope, agree the expanded scope and price before proceeding. See complexity tiers.Example
At the base rates, 80 Standard and 20 Advanced underwritings use:(80 × CAD 5.00) + (20 × CAD 15.00) = CAD 700.00
That amount is deducted from the same wallet used for AMLOK Signal.
