Usage rates
Rates are in CAD before negotiated discounts. Custom pricing retains Standard, Advanced, or Complex with the agreed rate and workload limits.
The monthly unit measures credit consumption, not a recurring monthly payment. Your minimum monthly commitment is based on estimated volume and is paid annually at signing and every 12 months at renewal. Signal usage deducts from that shared prepaid balance. Additional top-ups fund usage when needed.
When credits are deducted
The full monthly rate is deducted at the beginning of each calendar month, at 00:00 UTC, before monitoring continues for that month. If a borrower/business is first activated partway through the month, the full monthly rate is deducted immediately, without proration. The next charge is at the beginning of the following month. For example, activation on October 20 at the Standard rate uses CAD 3.00 for October. Continued monitoring uses CAD 3.00 on November 1. Pausing and resuming during an already paid month does not create another charge. A month with no active monitoring is not charged. If available credits cannot cover the charge, monitoring is blocked without a deduction or debt. Funding activates the current month after its one successful charge; missed inactive months are not charged retroactively. A manually paused monitor remains paused until resumed. Cancellation immediately stops monitoring and further deductions; the month’s already consumed charge is not refunded. One account per borrower/business
Count each active borrower/business once per workspace per month, regardless of how many cash-flow checks, covenant checks, alerts, lending facilities, bank accounts, or integrations are involved. The combined workload determines the assigned tier. Multiple monitoring configurations for the same borrower/business do not create additional account-month charges.Included processing
